Hard water stain removal
Hard water stain removal is separate from standard window cleaning because it requires more time, product, and restoration work. Sprinkler overspray, mineral deposits, construction residue, and long term buildup may need a separate quote. Sprinklers, mineral-heavy well water, and Treasure Valley dust leave a calcium and silica film that builds up over months. A standard wash will not lift it.
We treat hard water stains with a specialty restoration system that uses fine polish and a non-abrasive pad to dissolve the mineral deposits without scratching the glass. The process is slow and deliberate, which is why hard-water restoration is a separate line item from a standard cleaning.
Heavy buildup is most common on:

- East- and south-facing windows in newer Eagle and Meridian builds where overspray was never sealed
